Frequently Asked Questions

When does the program start?
The first session is Tuesday, July 7 at 9am (pacific). We will run a live 2 hour session every Tuesday for four weeks, along with skill-building exercises and office hours in between each session.
What happens next when I enroll?
You’ll receive an onboarding email that tells you exactly what to do and what to expect. It will include the full syllabus, calendar and Zoom invitations, a point of contact to answer any questions, and everything else you need to get started on July 7.
What’s the format and duration of this program?
The course is delivered live online over a series of four, 2-hour sessions, typically with weekly live instruction complemented by asynchronous access to additional learning resources such as videos, blueprints, and exercises.
If I am unable to attend a live session, will recordings be provided?
Yes. While we recommend attending live, if possible, for the best learner experience, recordings will be provided by the course trainer following each live session.
Will I receive a certification?
Yes — learners who complete the program and any required assessments will receive a fully credentialed certification. This is not just a made up digital badge. This is a real certification you will receive both digitally and as a physical copy in the mail upon completion of the program.
