Dalton Jensen is Caliber’s Manager of Revenue Engineering and a top 1% seller at every company he has sold for.

Kate Stringfield built her sales career by solving one of the hardest problems in pipeline generation: knowing which opportunities are real before they waste weeks of seller time. Early in her career, she struggled with checklist discovery, thin notes, and rejected AE handoffs, then rebuilt her approach around clarity, buyer psychology, and ruthless qualification. That shift took her from five meetings a month and a 45% AE acceptance rate to 17 meetings in one month and an 82% AE acceptance rate. Over the next two years, she created 279 qualified opportunities, generated more than $10M in pipeline, and influenced over $3M in closed-won revenue. Today, Kate teaches reps how to run discovery calls that feel consultative, uncover real urgency, and produce handoffs AEs actually want to work.

Kyle Norton, the Chief Revenue Officer of Owner.com has spent over 16 years in sales, building a reputation for driving growth and leading massive go-to-market strategies—most notably at Shopify, where he oversaw a quarter-billion-dollar business unit. Now, he leads the revenue function at Owner.com, where they sell a platform dedicated to helping mom-and-pop restaurants thrive. Kyle constantly look for ways to level up the excellence of his own teams so that they can see steady, objective growth. Owner.com has grown 10X in 2 years on the back of great sales craft and strong closing.

Emily Worrell is the Global SDR Enablement Manager at Snowflake, former Enterprise BDR and AE at Salesforce and has trained hundreds of reps globally. 90% of the SDRs she managed exceeded quota, and nearly half earned promotions within a year.

Chris Ritson is a sales leader, founder, and investor known for building high-performing outbound teams and modern prospecting systems that generate measurable pipeline. Over more than a decade in SaaS leadership roles, he has consistently focused on revenue impact, shaping a practical approach to prospecting that prioritizes trust, relevance, and execution over volume.
He previously served as Global Director of Sales Development at Tessian and Global Head of Sales Development at Peakon, where he scaled international teams across multiple regions and helped drive significant pipeline growth during critical funding stages. Earlier at Perkbox, he progressed from SDR to Head of Sales, helping scale the organization from its first sales hire into a large commercial team while contributing to major revenue expansion.
Alongside his leadership career, Chris has founded training and community businesses focused on modern prospecting and is an active angel investor in emerging sales technology companies. Before entering SaaS, he ran his own business and relied entirely on direct messaging to acquire customers, an experience that shaped the systems he teaches today to help sellers start more conversations, build credibility faster, and consistently turn outreach into meetings.

Kyle Coleman is the Global VP of Marketing at ClickUp and a LinkedIn Top Voice. He began his career as the second Sales & Marketing hire at Looker in 2013, where he built the entire outbound motion from the ground up and scaled the SDR team from 2 to 65 people over six years, generating 45% of all new business meetings through outbound alone. From there, he led Revenue Development at Clari before rising to CMO, then served as CMO at Copy.ai before moving into his current role at ClickUp.

Vivian Yan is a sales leader who helps sellers stop “spray and pray” prospecting and start building pipeline with architecture, not adrenaline. After missing quota early in her AE career at BILL, she rebuilt her approach around one core belief: access is not influence. That shift led to faster cycles, bigger deals, and a repeatable method for mapping who actually moves a decision, spotting real buying signals, and earning conversations through relevance.
Today, Vivian brings a trainer’s clarity and an operator’s rigor to modern outbound. She teaches sellers how to use AI like a research analyst (not a copy machine): verify facts, read behavior signals, and design multi-threaded plays that connect with each stakeholder in the way they actually buy. Her frameworks, including the Chessboard Method, the SCORE System, and the Outreach Matrix, are built for mid-market and enterprise teams that want higher-quality pipeline, better meeting conversion, tighter AE handoffs, and less wasted activity.
If you want prospecting that feels strategic, human, and dramatically more effective, Vivian’s work is the blueprint.

Daniel has been working for SaaS startups for a dozen years. He has participated in numerous accelerators and incubators and has seen companies grow, and seen others fail.
He realized that there are tons of technical founders out there who are great at launching ideas. They come up with great products, but they struggle with sales.
So he has made it his life's mission to help early-stage startups do sales well.
Currently Founder at SalesMVP Lab and Head of GTM at Savio. Formerly Head of Sales Development at Q4, VP Sales at Proposify, and Sales & Marketing at LevelJump (acquired by Salesforce).

I never expected to end up in Sales. I was going to be a teacher. Help people. Change the world.
After 3 years of teaching middle school history, I loved the kids but I was exhausted.
It seemed like a good time to return to our family’s global insurance agency. This was a business I knew well, and my parents were looking to pass it to a new generation.
Over several years, I led multiple departments, from Operations to Training to Sales.
The most important thing I learned: I was not passionate about running an insurance agency.
This was a particularly low point because it forced me to re-think (again) what I wanted to do with my life.
I still wanted to teach, help people and change the world.
And I realized that when I was doing Sales for our agency, it felt like I was doing all three.
So we sold the agency, I dove back into sales and never looked back.

I’m helping people. Helping individuals change their lives. And helping organizations sell better.
And some of those organizations have gone on to change the world.
